摘要： 由于传统文化赋予女性的家庭角色责任以及疾病等客观限制，慢病女性的主体性发挥陷入困境。与此同时，慢病女性通过对疾病与生活意义的反思和重构，在对疾病积极适应以及利用疾病突破自身局限的过程中，对自身的关系结构进行了重塑，最终实现了对生活世界的重整以及主体性的重建。这一个案不仅展现了慢性疾病与传统父权文化对女性的束缚，也诠释了女性是如何将原本限制个体的疾病转化为机会与资源，进而完成主体性建构与日常实践的。

Abstract: Confined to the traditional role in shouldering family responsibilities and objective disease limitations, women with chronic diseases are in trouble to give play to their subjectivity. Meanwhile, by meditating on their illness and the meaning of life, they manage to adapt to the situation and make full use of resources available to break through their own limitations, reshape various relationships and finally reconstruct the lifeworld and subjectivity. The case in study not only reveals the shackles of chronic diseases and traditional patriarchal cultures on women, but more importantly, present show a woman transforms the shock of diseases into opportunities and resources and accomplishes the subjective construction through daily practice.
