摘要: 本文主要由四部分组成:首先分别回顾并比较分析布洛维和华尔德关于“制造认同”的理论模式;然后介绍G公司协调劳资关系的基本经验,作者把这些基本经验称之为制造认同的又一种模式;再后分别从资方和劳方的角度分析这种模式之所以可行的主要原因;最后探讨这种模式所隐藏的两个主要问题。

Abstract: This paper first reviews, respectively, Burawoy’s and Walder’s viewpoints of manufacturing consent. It then describes the usual practices of coordinating labormanagement relations in Company G——referred to as another pattern of manufacturing consent by the author. The paper goes on to analyze the main reasons for this pattern’s practical existence from the angles of the employees and the employer. The paper concludes with a discussion of two problems hidden in the pattern.
